Auditions

We’ve got Magic To Do this winter, and we’re calling all Material Girls!  Our Winter Cabaret on February 7th will feature all songs from the 70’s and 80’s.  Paint the Town with a song from a popular musical, or Hit Us With Your Best Shot of a radio classic.

We are looking for a variety of acts to include singers, dancers, musicians, comedy acts, etc.

 

• Performers must be 16 and over.

• Only 20 acts will be selected. If you would like to submit a virtual audition for the cabaret, please complete the audition form by 17 January.

• If your act consists of more than one person, complete one audition form and add the names of the other performers in the part of the form that asks for introduction details. Please include a short bio or introduction for each person performing in your group that will be used to introduce your act.

• If your act is with more than one person, please submit a group picture if possible. If you do not have a group picture and you are selected to perform in the cabaret, we will reach out to get photos for the program.

• Your video audition will need to be a video you have stored on a site like Google Drive or YouTube. 

​

• Only stand / handheld mics will be available for performers. Body mics will not be provided.

​

• There are no rehearsals for this event, but performers will have an opportunity to review their piano music with the pianist, and check their backing tracks with the sound technician prior to the show.  Please be prepared to arrive early the night of the performance.
