Music by Stephen Sondheim and others
Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim
Book by James Lapine
Sondheim on Sondheim is an intimate portrait of the famed songwriter through his own words... and music. Hailed as a "revelatory revue full of wonderful moments," it is a funny, affectionate and revealing tribute to one of musical theater's greatest composers and lyricist. Ranging from the beloved to the obscure, the carefully selected songs hang from a framework of exclusive in-depth video interviews, through which the audiences takes a journey inside the personal life and artistic process of the the late great, Stephen Sondheim.
