About our President:

Mo Dutterer has been involved in Howard County Performing Arts since he moved here in 1974. Mo was the founding director of Howard County Summer Theater in 1975, director of Howard County Youth Operetta, started Shadow Block Productions in 2002, and is now an actor, director, and President of Silhouette Stages. Mo taught music, drama, and guitar at the new Dunloggin Middle School in 1973, before moving over to the new Centennial High School where he taught Drama for the first 25 years of that school's existence. Mo now teaches private voice lessons here in Howard County and conducts public speaking workshops for corporations and national presenters. Mo lives in Columbia with his wife of 40 years, Barbara.
